I think this is art because it has a background, which would be the buildings and it is a piece of folk art. I picked this Graffiti because its simple, there's not alot of different details with it but it still gets a point across. The point its getting across is that when you drink to much you not only look stupid, you also get stank breath. This is a funny Graffiti.
